[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Run, 200 m
15 Kettlebell Swings, 32/kg (24kg)
Run, 200 m
10 Kettlebell Lunges, 32/kg (24kg)

[B] EMOM 10
Power Clean & Jerk x 2

[C] 3 rounds for total reps:
Muscle Ups, 1 min
rest 1 min

[Row Conditioning] “New” this week

4 x 500m / 2 min easy

Row four 500 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 500.
