[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
2 Muscle-ups
8 Dumbbell Thrusters, 20/15 kg
16 Overhead Plate Lunges, 20/15 kg
Skill: 2 min max effort DU
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Bench Press 5×5
Use the same weight for each set.
Rest 2 mins between sets.
