15 Pull-ups



1. Tabata: Hollow to superman

2. 3 sets of Max Ring MU’s – 3 Min Rest between sets

[Rowing Conditioning] (Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays)

4 x 750m / 1 min easy
Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
