Power Cleans – Advanced 70 kg | Intermediate 40 kg | Novice 25 kg
Dumbbell Thrusters – Advanced 20 kg | Intermediate 12.5 kg | Novice 7/8 kg
Scale the lifts to your own ability guys. Remember it is meant to be HEAVY! So it’s OK to cut back during the WOD, if you start failing lifts.
