The 2020 Open starts today!!
The Workouts will be released at lunchtime on www.games.crossfit.com, you can register as well.
We will start running heats every half an hour from 4pm at the Box until 7pm.
Please select your heat on the whiteboard at the box and register on Zen Planner.
