[A] Front Squat

[B] Strict Pull-up
5 x max reps
Rest as required between sets

Skill: 2 min max effort DU

Strength: Back Squat: 3 x 5 @ 90% 1 rm

Warm Up: Dynamic WU + Barbell Complex.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[C] Each for time:
Run: 3 x 800m
Rest 2 mins between efforts.

CFNE Competitors Training

Power Snatch 1 rep Squat Snatch 1 rep Overhead Squat 1 rep

Work up to a heavy complex of: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
