50m Freestyle Swim.
10 Pool Muscle ups.
10 Burpees.
Jog 50m back to the blocks / Finish WOD on the last Burpee.
10.00 am Open Session.
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Record your weights. Start at 50 to 70% of your body weight.
