Each round starts on: A, B or C (You must use all three pieces of equipment over the workout)
a. 500/400 Meter Row
b. 40/30 Calories Echo Bike
c. 400/300 Meters Truform Runners
And then to finish each round with.
20 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
15 Burpees overs the box – 20″
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
a. 50 Kettlebell snatches for time 24/16kg
b. Strict Dips to failure (Ring/Bar or Box) 4 x 15 reps (1min rest) (Finish when you fail)
c. Kable Cross Over – recovery session.
