15min AMRAP of:

15m 24/16 KB overhead walking lunge
10 24/16 KB box step-ups 24/20”
10 strict handstand push-ups.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]

a. Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

b. Ski Erg Calorie:

10 x 30 secs / 30 secs
30 secs of work followed by 30 secs of rest for 10 intervals.
Score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
