30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

[COMPETITION TRAINING]

a. 5 EMOM: 1/2 of  ”b’s” expected weight of:

1. Low Hang Squat Snatch
2. High Hang Squat Snatch
3. Squat Snatch from the pocket.

b. 10 EMOM: 3 Squat Snatch – All singles from the ground (70% 1rm)

c. 50 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups for time.
