WOD 1: OutLaw Rest Day – Sally’s WOD of the day.

1. 10 Min EMOM Hang Squat Snatch – From hang position explode up and catch the bar in the full squat position. Weight 50% 1rm.

2. 20 Min AMRAP

  • 15 Hands Free Push ups.
  • 2 15′ Rope climbs
  • 100m run.

Travel WOD

20 Min AMRAP

  • 15 Hands Free Push Ups
  • Run 100m
