Squat Clean

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[C] 3 rounds for time of:
30 GHD Sit-ups
Farmers Carry, 200m

Men use 2 x 32kg Kettlebells. Women use 2 x 24kg Kettlebells.
Scale the GHD Sit-ups to an appropriate volume for you.

[D] For time:
Ski Erg, 60 cals

[Rowing Conditioning]

3 x 5 min / 2 min easy

Row three 5 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
