Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
20 Pistols (Alternating Legs)
[WARMUP]
Dynamic WU
Burgener Warm Up & Skill Transfer Exercises
2 x Snatch x 2 reps with empty barbell
then, warmup to starting weight with 3-4 sets
