WOD – CrossFit Brisbane 7/1/2014
[A] 30 Reps for time:-
Clean & Jerk

Pick your own challenge weight

15 min time cap

To be done as a genuine Squat Clean & Power or Split Jerk (no power clean to push press allowed)

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] For time:-
3 rounds
20 Wall Ball
10 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
Rest 1 min

Aim for each round to be unbroken and as fast as possible

Record total time and splits for each round (without the rest)

TRAVEL WOD:

10 min AMRAP:

10 Handstand Push-ups
15 Air squats
