20 Wall Balls, 20lbs (14lbs)

SKILL: 2min max reps toes 2 bar

FUNDAMENTALS WOD:

4 rounds for time of:
10 medicine ball cleans
10 dumbbell push press
10 abmat sit ups

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional):

For time:
50 hanging hip touches, alternating arms

[COMP B]
For time:
25 burpee pull-overs
