[A] 5 rounds, each round for time, of:
20 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
30 Kettlebell Swing 24kg (16kg)
40 Push-ups
Rest 3 mins between each round

Tabata Airdyne (Calories)
16 x 20 secs / 10 secs
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 16 intervals.
Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
