Skill: 2 x 30sec Handstand Holds against wall (30 sec rest)

[COMP A]
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
50 Unbroken Double Unders
10m Dumbbell Walking Lunge, 32kg (20kg)
Handstand Walk, 20 m
Dumbbell Walking Lunge, 10 m
25 Double Unders (Unbroken)s
Rest 1 min

[WARMUP]

First half of Dynamic:
plus: 30 disconnects with dowel

3 rounds
with bar:
5 reps, Overhead Squat
5 reps Front Squat
5 Push press
5 Thrusters
200m run
