[B] “Tabata” – AbMat Sit-ups
8 x 20 secs / 10 secs
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
30 Double Unders
5 Bar Muscle Ups
[WARMUP]
Dynamic WU
3 rounds with Barbell
– OH Lunge x 6
– Bent over row x 6
Deadlift
