[A] 50 Reps for time:-
Snatch, 62kg (42kg)

SKILL: 2mins max reps toes to bar

Strength: 5 x max max effort sets Dips.

COMPETITION TRAINING:
[B] Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
6 Muscle-ups

[C] For time:
50 GHD Situps
(Scale appropriately)
