[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:-
10 Dumbbell Split Snatch, 20kg (15kg)
15 Pushups
20 Toes to Bar

Skill: 2 min max effort alt pistols.

Warm Up: Dynamic + Snatch Complex.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every 1 min for 10 mins:
Clean & Jerk x 2
