These are not touch and go. Reset at the bottom of each rep.
[D] 10 rounds for time:
Airbike 30 secs
Rest 60 secs
These are all out sprints
[Rowing Conditioning]
4 x 3 min / 1 min easy
Row four 3 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
