Tuesday WOD 17-7-18

From today we will be posting two/three WOD Options:

  1. Open – Those that want to compete RXD in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts.
  2. Performance - Those that want to compete SCALED in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts.
  3. Fitness – Is for beginners and our members who want to fit and healthy and do not want to Compete in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts in March.

 

OPEN – PERFORMANCE – FITNESS

3 Rounds For Time:
400 Meter Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Pull-ups

Post scores here on Beyond the WhiteBoard.
+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym.

2. Body Armor (A)
5 Giant Sets:
8 Unbroken Bench Press
8 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans
Build to Heavy Set on Both. Rest 2 Minutes Between.

3. Body Armor (B)
3 Giant Sets:
10 Dumbbell Push Presses
15 Weighted AbMat Sit-ups
Max Close Grip Push-ups
20 GHD Sit-ups
Rest 2 Minutes Between.
