15m Handstand Walk / Scale: 20 Shoulder Touches in a HS / Box HS.


[C] For time:
3 x 400m Run
Rest 60 sec

[Rowing Conditioning]

3 x 750m / 3 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for three minutes at light pressure between each 750.
