3 Stone to Shoulder, 62kg (35kg)
6 Bar Muscle Ups
18 Double Unders
[C] For time:
4 L-sit Rope Climbs
Start seated. Be safe, use your feet to descend
[Met Con]
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
Run, 400 m
Row, 400 m
Inchworm, 15 m (No Push-ups, Touch your toes, then walk your hands out, then walk your feet to your hands)
All at you own pace.
[Rowing Conditioning]
3 x 1000m / 1 min easy
Row three 1000 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 1000.
