ADDITIONAL COMPETITION TRAINING
[B] Shankle Complex 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

The Shankle Complex is 1 Deadlift + 3 Hang Clean Pulls + 1 Hang Clean + 2 Jerks
