FUNDAMENTALS WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible 15 mins of:
250m row
10 air squats
12 Pull Ups

[COMP A]
Muscle-ups
3 x Max Rep
Rest 1 min between sets

[COMP B]
3 x 500m Row
rest exactly 1min between each interval
record total time including rests
