[A] Clean 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1

[B] Tabata Situps
8×20 sec work / 10 sec rest
Score = lowest reps on any interval

FUNDAMENTALS WOD:
For time:
20 medicine ball cleans
20 double unders
20 knees raises
20 push ups
20 abmat situps

[COMP A]
Tabata Ski Erg The Tabata interval is 1 min of work followed by 30 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the total distance performed in all of the intervals.

[COMP B]
For time:-
400m Farmer Carry 2x32kg KBs (2x24kg)
