[A] AMRAP 20mins
10 Pushups
15 Kettlebell Swing, 24kg (16kg)
25 Air Squat
50 Double Under

Skill: 3 sets of 1min planks / 1 on 1 recovery.

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)

[B] For time:-
15 Muscle ups (88”)
15 Clean & Jerk, 62kg (42kg)

Move onto the C&J immediately if you have 3 failed MU attempts

[C] 9-6-3 reps for time:-
Strict HSPU
Bar facing Burpee

Record how you partitioned the reps for HSPU

Log results online (Beyond the Whiteboard)
