[A] Snatch 3-3-3-3-3

[B] (Travel WOD) Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 mins of :-
One Arm DB Snatch, 20kg (15kg), 12 reps
Pushups, 9 reps
Pullups, 6 reps

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[C] Every minute, on the minute, for 7 mins:-
Muscle up x 5 reps

[D] As Many Reps As Possible in 3 mins of :-
Strict HSPU
