20 Prone Plank – Alternating Knee to elbows (Lying flat with elbows and toes touching the ground. Holding plank start alternating knees to elbows)
10 Wall Walks (Lying Flat on your stomach with feet on wall. Push back and walk your feet up the wall to a hand stand.)
