  • Squat Snatch
  • Over Head Squat

Conditioning

4 rounds for time of:

5 Back Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
10 KB Push Press @ 24/16kg (1 KB each hand)
75m Farmers Carry @ 32/24kg (1 KB each hand)

Travel WOD:

150 Air Squats for time.
