Run 400 meters
15 Cals Echo Bike
Max-rep strict pull-ups

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] EMOM 10
Power Clean x 2 + Push Jerk x 1

[C] Clean Pulls to Toes
5-5-5

[ROW CONDITIONING]

4 x 750m / 1 min easy

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
