WOD
[A] 3 rounds for time of:
15-foot rope climb, 5 ascents
25 ring dips
50 Walking Lunge
Skill: 2 min max Effort Push Ups.
Travel WOD: 10 push ups 10 air squats and 10 sit ups, 6 rounds for time.
