[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
10m Handstand Walk
10 Alternating Pistols
10 Burpee Chest to Bar Pullups

[B] Bent Over Row
Lower each rep to a count of 3

[C] Medicine Ball GHD Situps, 20lbs (14lbs)

Scale appropriately

[Rowing Conditioning]

6 x 500m / 1 min easy

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 500.
