In Pairs

[A] 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

400m Run (Both)
Wall Ball, 20lbs (14lbs) (Share)
Pushup (Share)
Double Under (Both)

Do not start the next movement until both of you have finished the last modality (movement).

(Both) = To be done by both of you!

(Share) = Divide the reps in half.

[Rowing Conditioning]

5 x 4 min / 1 min easy

Row five 4 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
