Complete as many rounds as possible in 26 mins of:
10 Pull-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
20 Box Jumps, 24″ (20″)

Warm Up: Dynamic + 400m Run

Skill: 2 min max effort alt pistols.

Strength: 10 x 15″ Legless rope climbs for time or 20 Strict Pull Ups for time.

3 Power Clean & Push Jerks
