[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 Air squats
15 Push ups
10 Toes to Bar
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Snatch Balance
1-1-1-1-1
[C] Snatch Pulls to Toes
5-5-5
[Row Conditioning]
5 x 750m / 2 min easy
Row five 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
