Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

RX: 42.5/30kg
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Deadlift
10-10-10
[C] 8 rounds for total cals
Airbike, 30 sec
Rest 60 sec
Each round should be an all out effort
[ROW CONDITIONING]
3 x 1000m / 2 min easy
Row three 1000 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1000.
