[A] Eight rounds for max reps of:
Push press, 35kg (25kg), 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Alternating lunge, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

[B] Farmers Carry
3 x 15m for max load

[C] L-Sit
Accumulate 1 min

FUNDAMENTALS WOD:

4 rounds for time of:
10 Push press
12 Air squats
15 Ab mat situps

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional):
[COMP A]  2klm Run Time Trial
