5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols
15 Pull-ups
Skill:
Strength: Deadlifts 4 x 10 reps @ 75% 1rm.
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Hang Clean 2-2-2-2-2
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
