Monday WOD 26-6-17

We are running a “True” 1rm day for all classes on Monday. That means a “Squat Snatch” and then a “Squat Clean” and Jerk. It will be based on where you are at the moment with your mobility, not necessarily the load unless you have full range of movement (Full to depth squat).

1 hour class – 10 min warm up, 30 min Snatch / Clean and Jerk, 20 Min WOD.

1. Snatch Test

2. Clean & Jerk Test

3. Conditioning 
5 RFT:
10 Power Snatches (95/65)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
