Echo Bike, 60 cals (50 cals)

[B] 3 rounds for time:
15 Medicine Ball GHD Sit-ups, 20lb (14lb)
20 Dumbbell Snatch, 22kg (15kg)
[Rowing Conditioning]
3 x 750m / 1 min easy
Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
