or (scale) Unbroken strict Pull-Ups.
1. Conditioning
1 RFT:
30 Power Cleans, 102.5/70kg (Should be 70% of your 1 rm as a guide)
30 Burpees Over the Bar
30 Calorie Assault Bike
+ Optional Extra in Open Gym
1. Back Squat
1RM (Only in the Power Racks with safety bars set correctly. NOT IN THE RIG)
