4 Person Team WOD
20 Min AMRAP
One team of 2 is completing as many Cindy rounds as possible…when all members of the running team complete their 800m run the teams switch places.
“Cindy”
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
One completes a full round of “Cindy” / One Rests
While
Two Athletes
Run 800m together with a “Pet Rock” – 20/14″ Wall Ball.
If the “Pet Rock” touches the ground at all in the 20 minutes – the team (4 Athletes) will do 20 Burpees together when they swop over after each round.
The total team score is the total “complete” rounds of “Cindy” done in 20Min.
