For time:

Work in Pairs – One Works One Rests. You must do at least one rep of each.

  1. 100m run
  2. Burpees
  3. Push-ups
  4. Toes-to-bar
  5. Pull-ups
  6. Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
  7. Box jump overs 24/20″
  8. Wall Balls 9/6kg
  9. Deadlifts 50/35kg
  10. Power cleans 50/35kg
  11. Clean & Jerk 50/35kg
  12. Thrusters 50/35kg
Example:
R1: 100m Run
R2: 100m Run 2 Burpees
R3: 100m Run, 2 Burpees, 3 Push Ups.
R4: 100m Run, 2 Burpees, 3 Push Ups, 4 T2B.
