- Burpees
- Push-ups
- Toes-to-bar
- Pull-ups
- Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
- Box jump overs 24/20″
- Wall Balls 9/6kg
- Deadlifts 50/35kg
- Power cleans 50/35kg
- Clean & Jerk 50/35kg
- Thrusters 50/35kg
Example:
R1: 100m Run
R2: 100m Run 2 Burpees
R3: 100m Run, 2 Burpees, 3 Push Ups.
R4: 100m Run, 2 Burpees, 3 Push Ups, 4 T2B.
