Saturday WOD 3-9-16
Teams of Three – One Works – Two Rest.
“Killer Cage”
3 laps each – 9 total
70/50kg pound Front squat, 7 reps (From the Ground)
Bike 30 Calories
2 x Monkey bar traverse.
Monkey Bars – You must start and finish with two hands on the first and last bar. You must grip each bar / no swinging past bars. Start from the Ropes out = get off walk around to the start again for you second lap. If you fall off – Make sure someone isn’t behind you – (20 Burpees if you block the monkey bars) then get back up and finish the lap.
