30 Deadlifts 100/70kg Rx Or 70/50 (Sc)

30 Ring MU (Depending on Your Partner and Your self – Bar MU, C2B Pull-Ups + Dips, Pull-Ups + Dips)

800m Run

 

Round 2

30 Deadlifts 120/80kg Rx Or 80/60 (Sc)

30 Bar MU (Depending on Your Partner and Your self – C2B Pull-Ups + Dips, Pull-Ups + Dips)

600m Run

Round 3

30 Deadlifts 140/90kg Rx Or 90/70kg (Sc)

30 C2B Pull-Ups + Ring Dips, Pull-Ups + Dips)

400m Run
