Perform [A] and [B] as a superset

SKILL: Max effort unbroken wall balls

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

7 Burpee Muscle Ups
Fat Bar Front Rack Walking Lunge, 85kg (52kg) 15m
30 Double Unders

WARMUP
