15 Hang Power Snatches 42kg (30kg)
Run 400 m

Skill: 2 min max effort T2B.

Strength: Deadlift 4×10 at 70% 1RM. Rest 2 mins between sets.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]

[B] Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
