Wednesday WOD 29-4-15 – CrossFit Brisbane
“Nancy”
5 rounds for time of:
Run, 400m
15 Overhead Squats, 42kg (30kg)
SKILL: 2min max reps double unders
[COMP A]
Every 30 secs for 8 mins, alternating between:
6 Handstand Push-ups
3 Bar Muscle Ups
[COMP B]
Tabata Row (calories)
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
WARMUP
3 rounds of:
100m run
snatch complex
